The Set Sort Block command, accessed on the right-click context menu, enables you to change the sort block used within hierarchy diagrams, spider diagrams, and block definition diagrams (BDDs). When displaying the children of a node, the sort block determines the order in which the node's children are shown. By default, the sort block used is the default multi-class sort block set using the Default Sort Block command.
NOTE: |
Regardless of the sort block selected, the first sort criteria used on an spider or hierarchy diagram is the alias of the relationship connecting the child node to the parent. If the relation has multiple targets, the sort block is used to determine the order of the targets for that relation. |
