Session Information

The Session Information dialog, accessed by clicking the Session Information  icon at the top, left side of the ribbon, displays a host of diagnostic information for your current GENESYS session. When contacting Vitech customer support, our support team may request some of this information to help diagnose any specific issues that you are encountering.

 

 

Session information includes:

•  

• User Name - the account currently logged into GENESYS
• Full Name - the full name for the account
• Description - the description for the account
• Groups - any groups that the current user belongs to

 

Additional Information includes:

•  

• Server Address - the address, including the port, of the GENESYS service
• Repository Name - the name of the repository
• Local - whether the repository is local or not
• Authentication Mode - the authentication mode of the installation. Options include GENESYS, Windows Authentication, or LDAP Authentication.
