About GENESYS

The About GENESYS ommand, accessed by clicking the icon on the top left side of the ribbon, opens a classic "about" dialog for GENESYS. The about dialog provides easy access to the following information:

 

• Edition information - at the very top of the dialog, GENESYS displays the edition information including GENESYS or GENESYS Pro and the edition installed.
• Version - the current version of the installed software. If a service pack has been applied, this will be shown in parentheses after the version number. For example, if Service Pack 1 has been applied the version line will include "(SP 1)." This will help as you assess if your software is up to date with the latest GENESYS release.
• License information - your serial number is shown next (which is important when you contact support).
• Contact information for Vitech - the primary Vitech mailing address, phone number, e-mail address, and website along with the contact information for support including phone number, e-mail address, and website  are displayed.
• Copyright information - for the GENESYS software and some of the included software.
