Edit Captured Resources

The Edit Captured Resources command allows you to manipulate the collection of resources that will be utilized during execution of the selected function. These resources are not consumed or lost and are available after the function completes (e.g., command center staff fulfilling a customer request). The command opens a target window on the captures relation from which you can add or remove resources as desired.

 

 

 

NOTE:

If you simply wish to add a resource to a function, often this can be accomplished most quickly by using a drag-drop action from the diagram Toolbox, specifically by dragging the specific resource onto the function from the Key Entities tab.
