Paste Unformatted

The Paste Unformatted command, accessed on the right-click context menu, pastes the current clipboard contents into the text field without any formatting information. The text is inserted using the default font, font style, and color.

 

     

NOTE:

When pasting content into GENESYS, unless you explicitly need the formatting information, it is best to use the  Paste Unformatted command in order to strip out any embedded, hidden formatting. Using the standard Paste command, it is possible to copy formatting into a GENESYS attribute from tools such as Microsoft Word® which is actually not supported in report output files.
