Open Project

The Open Project command, accessed under the File menu, on the Home page by double-clicking the project name, or in Administrative Tools on the Projects tab, enables you to select from a list of existing projects in the current repository and open the project of interest.

 

 

 

 

You can have more than one project open. Each open project will have its own project explorer.

 

     

NOTE:

Users can only access projects for which they have read permission. With the exception of System Administrators, users only see those projects for which they have read permission.

 

Within the Administrative Tools window, users that are a part of the Administrators group see a list of all projects in the repository - including those for which they do not have read permission. However, those projects without read permission do not display their name and cannot be opened. This simply alerts the administrators to the presence of projects for maintenance and migration purposes.
