The Collapse Nodes command, accessed on the right-click context menu, hides the children of the selected icons. This allows you to customize diagrams to show different levels of detail for different segments of your model, focusing attention on the particular aspects of interest.
Hierarchy diagrams, Spider diagrams, Requirements diagrams, and Block Definition diagrams support expandable/collapsible nodes. Expandable nodes (nodes where there are additional layers to display) are indicated by a black box in the upper-left corner of the icon.
NOTE: |
Double-clicking a node while holding down the CTRL key is a shortcut to collapse or expand all selected nodes. When using this technique to expand nodes, GENESYS will automatically expand by a single level. |
