Auto-size

The Auto-size command adjusts the width and the height of the icon to display all of the icon template content. Whether for a long function name on an activity diagram, a full description on a requirements diagram, or an image of your system on a block diagram, this allows you to quickly maximize the use of the available space to show the desired content.

 

Starting with the icon width specified at the diagram level, GENESYS checks each fixed height field, increasing the icon to 500x500.

 

NOTE:

The Auto-size command can either be applied to a range of selections or to the entire diagram. If no diagram objects are selected, you will be prompted for confirmation before all diagram content is resized. This can be a quick way to tailor the representation of your diagram.

 

 

NOTE:

When toggling between geometric frames and graphical images, the Auto-size command is your friend. You can quickly resize a specific icon or – if nothing is selected – resize all nodes on the diagram.
