Load Document

The Load Document command enables you to load a file into the Document Parser for transfer into GENESYS. You are prompted to select the source file using the standard Microsoft® Windows open file dialog.

 

 

Source documents can be Microsoft® Word (DOC or DOCX) files, rich text format (RTF), HTML, or standard text (TXT) files.
