The Edit Children command allows you to specify the collection of child elements for the diagram. For example, on an internal block diagram, this specifies the subcomponents shown on the diagram. The command opens a target window on the parent-child relation from which you can add or remove children as desired.

Tips and Tricks If you simply wish to add children to the diagram, often this can be accomplished most quickly by dragging and dropping from the diagram palette - either by dragging the Nodes construct from the Constructs tab or by dragging the specific component to be added from the Key Entities tab. |
