The Edit Captured Resources command allows you to manipulate the collection of resources that will be utilized during execution of the selected function. These resources are not consumed or lost and are available after the function completes (for example, command center staff fulfilling a customer request). The command opens a target window on the captures relation from which you can add or remove resources as desired.

Tips and Tricks If you simply wish to add a resource to a function, often this can be accomplished most quickly by dragging and dropping from the diagram palette, specifically by dragging the specific resource onto the function from the Key Entities tab. |
