Open Project (Ctrl+O)

The Open Project command allows you to select from a list of existing projects and open the project of interest. When logged in to the local repository, you will see the list of available local projects. When logged into a remote repository on CORE Server, you will see a list of available projects in the remote repository and in the local repository.

You can have more than one project open. Each open project will have its own project explorer.

Users can only access projects for which they have read permission. With the exception of system administrators, users only see those projects for which they have read permission.

Within the Administrative Tools window, system administrators see a list of all projects in the repository - including those for which they do not have read permission. However, those without read permission do not display their name and cannot be opened. This simply alerts the system administrator to the presence of projects for maintenance and migration purposes.
