The Disconnect Permanently command - available by right-clicking on a related project in the project explorer - deletes all cross-project relationships with a specific project. Before proceeding, it warns the user that the action is permanent.
If the related project is accessible, CORE will remove the relationships from both projects. If the related project is not accessible (if it is offline or has been lost), CORE will remove the relationships within this project. A project administrator must then remove the relationships from the other project as they are orphaned and incomplete.
Once this command completes, the related project is removed from the list since cross-project relationships no longer connect to the project.
